have alwways loved carnivals and sideshows and those creepy preserved things in jars. I've also been a lifelong fan of H.P. Lovecraft's stories and his pantheon of Elder Horrors. So it was natural that I would eventually sculpt something like this. I started out by sculpting a head that was mutated and insect-like (see pic at left), but I didn't care for that as much, so I went with the head of a well-known literary character. And so, from the bizarre, arcane experiments to combine human DNA with that of Great Cthulhu, here is the newest Dan Perez Studios kit;. This unpainted kit is currently available, hollow cast in high-quality off-white resin. The model is 6" long by 3.5" wide.
